Office Policies:
If you have questions or need medical advice, please call our office at 248-644-1221 during office hours. Our triage nurses are trained and here to assist you. If you need to speak to a doctor your call will be returned between patients, during lunch hours or at the end of their day.
When the office is closed, please call the main number for our after hours service, who will provide you with a triage nurse or page a doctor if needed.
Please be aware, patients who arrive 15 minutes or later will be rescheduled. We encourage you to schedule physical appointments in advance to get the preferred time and doctor you wish to see. Failure to cancel a conference appointment without a 24 hour notice or if you miss the appointment it will result in a $50.00 missed appointment fee. Failure to cancel a physical or gyn appointment without a 24 hour notice or if you miss the appointment it will result in a $40.00 missed appointment fee. Please give us 48 hours to complete school and camp forms when dropping them off or mailing them in to be filled out.
New Patients:
Whether you are expecting a new baby or would like to transfer pediatricians, we offer appointments for you to come in and meet one of our doctors and receive information about our office. These appointments are generally done in our Bingham Farms office and our scheduled by our administrative office. Please call at least a month in advance of your due date so we can easily accommodate you.
Our doctors are on staff at William Beaumont Hospital of Royal Oak. If you are delivering your baby at this hospital, one of our physicians will visit you and your baby the morning after you deliver. We then ask that the baby is seen in our office 24 to 48 hours after discharge from the hospital for a follow up appointment.
